Inquiry (采购产品): fresh fish We are interested to know which types of fish you have available. We are mainly looking for fresh yellowfin and bigeye tuna, preferably longline, headed, gutted and tailed HGT, flown by air to Madrid or Barcelona. The tuna trunsks should be over 30kg in size.We use approximately 30mt of fresh tuna per week, but we buy from a number of suppliers from around the world in order to ensure continuity.We are also interested in super frozen -60C tuna loins, skin-on, bloodline-in, centre bone out.
