Inquiry (采购产品): Low Volts Alarm on 3126 B Marine Motor I have been reporting a problem on my engines for the entire 2 years I have owned them, and changed the batteries twice.... now see below, I need someone to find out why this alarm keeps coming on... and the Boat Dealer (Sundance Marine) says that it is normal and CAT knows about it, but does not want to do anything about these alrams.... which sounds outrageous or wrong info. Please contact me Ron Bradley 954-785-5000 954-650-0540 Ron, Now this problem we are trying to solve is the necessity to start the engines with the parallel switch, right. The low volt alarm on the display after a start up I am being told is something Caterpillar have seen on other boats. There is nothing that will be done and is consider normal, as long as the display of Low volts goes away after start up. Ron I am so sorry I can not be of much help to you. We sold the boat but we did not build it. Caterpillar will not come to the boat unless we agree to pay for the service call. Silverton, unless it of substantial neglect, says the warranty period is over. And SunDance does not want to pay for it.
