Inquiry (采购产品): Plastics Suitable for Painting I am the engineer for an OEM of Truck Bed Covers for pickups. We are currently in the process of adding an accessory to our line. This item is made of fiberglass and has a primer on it. We need to make 2 spacer blocks to raise this piece up about 1.25". These blocks will be attached to the bottom of the piece, and then the whole unit will be painted black. What I am looking for is a plastic that will readily accept paint, and will look good and smooth after it has been painted. We will need to have blocks that are about 1.25" square and about 3.5" long (we can cut them to length from longer pieces). We will be machining these blocks to fit the profile of the piece they are mounted to. Any advice or products that you could offer would be much appreciated.
