Inquiry (采购产品): Customer seeing problems Our customer is seeing problems that they just want you to be aware of, part number LF57 on our P.O.1021453... Out of 1000 of these (2 boxes of 500) we had 118 that were defective. The problem is the stem is off center, or they have protrusions on the base of the bolt head which prevent them from going in all the way. Can you pass on this complaint to Arlington Fasteners? We won't bother with a credit, but they should try to improve on the next order.
