Kindly let me know if this is an item available in your company's inventory, if not can you reccomend someone who may have one. a) Automatic or semi- automatic coil winding machine for high speed winding of HT (High - Tension) coils. The machine should be capable of processing multiple coils (5 - 10 nos) simultaneously and /or should have an automatic mechanism for inserting the insulation paper between layers. Each coil is appx 8" ID X 10" OD X 1" length, and is wound using enamelled copper wire of 0.02" - 0.05" diameter (18 - 24 SWG). Coil weight is 2 kgs(5 lbs). (b) Medium / Large coil winding machine manufactured by Broomfield, USA, with / without Wire Tensioner and Dereeler. The machine should be suitable for winding coils with multiple rectangular copper strips at a time. Coil size : 24" dia X 36" length. (c) Vacuum Impregnation Machine for Transformer Coils - with heating arrangement, vacuum pump, with 2 chambers (one for keeping the coils and one for storing the varnish). Machine may be suitable for underground or surface installation. Dimensions of each chamber to be appx : 3 feet dia X 6 feet height. (d) Vacuum Oil Filling Oven for assembled Transformers : should incorporate chamber heating arrangement and vacuum arrangement, for removal of moisture and dust from the assembly, prior to oil filling. Should also contain arrangement to fill oil under vacuum (vacuum levels are moderate, not very stringent), and should preferably have inbuilt oil purification system. Chamber inside dimensions : 8 feet X 8 feet X 8 feet (e) We also need some sheet metal working machinery like a standard Hydraulic Press Brake and Shear for cutting / bending of Mild Steel sheets upto 8 feet in length and 1/4 inches (6 mm) thkness.
