Inquiry (采购产品): Bismuth deposition? Hi, I am interested in getting bismuth deposited on semiconductor devices. The structures are patterned aluminum alloy films on a (back-etched) silicon wafer substrate. We are in the early stages of fab and would have devices in a few months. (1) do you provide this service? (2) what is the cost (we have 3"wafers; finished devices would be few cm x few cm size. Thanks for any info!
