Inquiry (采购产品): Continuous sealed edge slitting of fabric Do you have experience of slitting Poly/Cotton blended fabrics to achieve a durable sealed edge (capable of with standing up to 200 washes in commercial laundry situations) on a continuous basis – i.e. on tenter frames or roll to roll re-winding machines. The application is for sheeting fabric that will be woven on wide looms (up to 3400cm wide) but will then be slit to narrower widths. If required we can insert 100% polyester filament warps in the area that the fabric will be slit to improve the melt properties on the edge area to be cut and sealed.
