Inquiry (采购产品): Vinyl Coating for Foam We manufacture flexible self-skinning urethane foam systems. Recently, a customer has asked us to develop a system for a part that they are quoting. This part has a vinyl coating on it, that is applied to the inside of the mold prior to the foam being injected. The foam then rises and adheres to the vinyl and both materials are demolded as a single unit.
