Inquiry (采购产品): Info Do you create custom cut stencils that could be used for fabric? If so, what is a general turn around time? I am starting a small design companhy that creates custom, limited-edition, hand stenciled clothing. I am looking for a vendor to create the stencils. It would be a small number of dups for each design but many individual designs. Please get back to me as soon as possible. I am looking to roll out the first line in just a few weeks.
