Our expertise is the removal of burrs from machined pieces, visual to 30x on all components, for defense, aeronautical, aerospace, medical, electronics, communications, radar, sonar, and a variety of other fields. Our process helps our clients save thousands on production expenses. Rather than your compensating a highly skilled machinist to do such work, our staff can do it for you better and at lower costs. For example; untrained personnel have the most difficulty deburring the constricted inner passages of a machined part and may very well ruin it, wasting both material and time. We only remove the burr and do not touch any base material so as not to change dimensions We can also alert you during production runs of quality control issues that may cause your machined parts to fall out of specifications when they are finished. J.E. Marble Precision Deburring is proud of its craftsmanship and 100% quality assurance on all pieces. Our process does not use any chemicals, sandblasting, tumbling, etc., which may result in rounded edges, rolled and embedded material and a radius or edge break that is undesirable. The process works excellently on copper, aluminum, brass, stainless, and a variety of other alloys.
