Inquiry (采购产品): Ceramic Coating I have an application in which I am feeding a very small amount of 95% phosphoric acid at 40C into a polymer stream at 280C. Currently the injection nozzle is hastelloy B-3. After only 5 months the nozzle is corroded pretty extensively. It is a small nozzle at about 1.25" in diameter and about 2" long. Would it be possible to coat this nozzle to prevent corrosion? The internal diameter of the nozzle is about 1/8" which would need coated also. What about coating the nozzle and the piping it is welded to say 1 foot on each side of the nozzle. The nozzle is welded to a 3" schedule 80 pipe. **** Hidden Message ***** Wayne henson P.O.
