Inquiry (采购产品): Band Saw Blades My name is Paul Hoppe and I am a Manufacturing Engineer for a company that produces aluminum honeycomb. In order to make our product we glue several hundred sheets of thin aluminum foil together then press them and expand them. In order to get the desired thickness of honeycomb we cut slices from this unexpanded block of foil sheets. We are having a problem with some contact welding due to our saw blades and I was wondering if you could recommend a particular type of saw blade that may eliminate this contact welding as it makes it very hard to expand. The material we are cutting is 3003, 5052, and 5056 aluminum that varies from 1 to 7 inches in thickness.
