Inquiry (采购产品): MP35N(R) Trademark I wrote to you on 31 January 2006 objecting to your use of SPS Technologies' MP35N(R) trademark, without attribution to SPS Technologies' ownership of that trademark. I have received no reply to that correspondence, and when I re-checked today, I observe that you are still not correctly identifying that trademark. SPS Technologies demands that Maryland Speciality Wire, Inc. correctly identify MP35N as an SPS trademark, or cease using it in connection with the sale and marketing of your products.
