Inquiry (采购产品): Roller chopper I need some kind of knife blade for a roller chopper I am trying to design. If you have any products or advice you might give me, it would be appreciated. I will be making a number of prototypes to try to determine the parameters and practicability of the idea. If it works, I think there could be a niche for the product. I don’t know were to look in my area, are your products sold around here? The objective is to chop stems of live brush 1/8-1/4” in diameter. This is to be done on irregular ground; depressions and humps, perhaps 6” difference in elevation. There will be few rocks, but there will be hard dead mesquite wood laying about. I would like for the blades to be about 2” wide and 12-24” long, Mounted on a 6”-18” diameter cylinder that will be pressed onto the ground with 30-200 Lbs of pressure and cut the stems at 3-8” intervals by rolling over them. The blades should be sharp, replaceable, and inexpensive. They could be bolted to a fixture on the cylinder, or a thin blade could be sandwiched between two angled pieces of metal with only 1/8” of the blade protruding. C. M.
