Inquiry (采购产品): Carbon Filtration I am currently looking into carbon filtration for the final effluent for our wastewater treatment plant. We are a tube mill with 2 sulfuric acid pickling lines, numerious wash stations and ending with 2 Nickle Chromium Elcetroplating lines. We pretreat our electroplating waste with plans to recycle the nickle wastewater. The main wastewater treatment plant consist of an equilization basin where we neutrilize with sodium hydroxide and add a calcium chloride solution, then we go into a clarifier drop out the solids with addition of a polymer. We will be reactivating a sand filter in the near future. pH adjustment is next with a 5% sulfuric acid solution. I am investigating installing a carbon filter at this point as a final filter. The main wastewater treatment plant is a continious flow operation with an average discharge of 270,000 gallons per day but I want to size for 350,000 gallons per day so that I have some safety built in for expansion. I may have to place a surge tank ~5,000 gallons between the pH adjustment tank and the carbon filtration unit. What I am looking for is a unit that will monitor its effluent and has tandem cells and will either alarm or automatically switch to the fresh cell either on delta P or conductivity or ORP. This project is moving very fast and I need help ASAP.
