We are Allets Petroleum (UK) Ltd, registered in Nigeria as Allets Oil & Gas (Nig) Ltd. and Internationally as Allets Petroleum Corporation. We are into products trading on the international market and procurement and production in the Nigerian market. We are currently attempting to bid for a pipe supply contract under the local content law in Nigeria and in order to supply your product, will require a letter of engagement or Trade agreement from your company. Thus if we win the tender, I will guarantee exclusive rights of supply to your company. We will pay upfront for any equipment purchased, including shipping costs. We expect, of course, that your products come under guarantee. I can inform you that we will be purchasing line pipes with API 5L X52 to X65 of the following sizes & approximate quantities:- Item 1: 175,000 ft.; NPS:10inches; Wall thickness: 0.438 to 0.582. Item 2: 175,000 ft.; NPS:12inches; Wall thickness: 0.500 to 0.588. I will require a price quote for the above sized pipes which should be drafted to Standard. We would also like some catalogues. Below is a draft letter of a trade agreement I will require you to copy under you company letter-head and send to my company.
