Inquiry (采购产品): Pleating PVDF Hello, We have a new project where we are want to pleat 0.010" PVDF film. The run is 30,000 linear feet of material that is 12" wide. We have not decided whether the pleat will be 1/4" or 1/2" or somewhere in between. The material would be run at a 45 degree angle so that we in essence have PVDF film that is corrugated. We are receiving samples next week and I don't know if you would have to heat this material as it is being pleated or not. The pleate would not completly flatten the material like an accordion but rather create pleats that are at 45 degrees creating a saw tooth effect. The material would be fed at 45 degrees and also fold (for lack of a better term) the material at 45 degrees. When it lays down flat it would look like a corrugated tin roof. Sorry for lack of a better description but we can send drawings.
