Inquiry (采购产品): Forging Couterblow hammer Stopper Dear sirs, we are an Italian forge shop operating worldwide. We're currently installing two new counterblow hammer having 400KJ and 350 KJ respectively. We need for the two machines their new end stop shock absorbers that must withstand static load of lower ram (46500 kg) and moreover able to withstand impact of the lower mass against the end stop in these conditions: mass 46500 kg - downward velocity at impact 2.3 m/sec - Damping travel of shock absorber 80 mm max. For the first machine, shock absorber can be split in two units, whilst 350 KJ machine must be equipped with one central shock absorber unit only. Impact condition may happen rougly 3-5 times per day, in non consecutive occurences. We need your kind quotation for such units, together with best delivery time.
