Inquiry (采购产品): Foam Slitting We are looking for a company that can splice our rolls of foam into smaller widths and lengths. The final product would need to be labelled, packaged, and delivered to our end customer. If you are able to warehouse the material, that would be beneficial as well. The foam is a polyolefin, closed cell foam. Our estimated volume for this year is 1/2 million linear ft./month and we look to go up to 1 million - 1-1/2 million/month by the end of 2006. The foam will be delivered to the converter on 4" cores, with the end product wound coreless. The rolls are then packaged in poly bags, taped twice on end and labelled. The input foam in 80in x 1312ft x 2mm thick. I have two specifications of output material we need to convert to. The 1st output dem. are 39in x 30.75ft. These 100sf rolls are what we're mostly concerned with at the moment. If possible we may also be interested in converting to 72in x 100ft.
