To allow for a speed of maximum 45 km/h the electric bicycle has to be registered as a moped. We will do the European approval. For this approval we need one bicycle. We are looking for the best quality for the best price.Legal Requirements:- speed max. 45 km/h- strong and good quality- very good brakes (at least one disc brake)- front light, rear light and stop light- rear reflector and side reflectors on the wheels- mudguards- hornThe full technical details can be given on request.
