The spring in the shock would need to be fairly light as I will be using it for a fitness machine and not a vehicle. I need to be able to control both the rebound and compression of the shocks resistance equally.1. Force Range in Compression: 40N - 900N (this needs to be easily adjustable by a knob so that the user can adjust the resistance to a force of approximately 40N, 60N, 80N...900N2.
