This component needs to contain a microcellular rubber material (closed cell), as follows: Dimension 10cm x 15cm x 0.6 cm. Density 0.2 to 0.3 Possible materials used to produce the cellular sheet, due to the temperatures of service and resistance to oil required, are: Epichlorohydrin Acrylate Fluorocarbon Would you be able to supply sheets from any of these materials, and would you be able to supply us with samples. If you can supply, it would be useful to also know what the approximate cost per piece would be based on a requirement for 3000 pieces per annum.
