One of the parts they make that will be insourced is a titanium shaft that has a hardened tip by using TIG welding with an oxidized titnaium filler material. Their process sheets refer to this as "oxidized Titanium rods PT-7M" with a hardness between 350-430 HV. I am looking for a US supplier of this welding rod.
