Product Dynamics Ltd will require 100 units or 600 pieces: (6 pieces make up one unit) In a brown or beige plastic, possible Kydex or similar material. We prefer a slight texture (hair cell) or ABS, maybe Styrene. Please quote 1/8” thick and 3/16” thick. We will supply a solid pattern and drawing with layout of display. We are requesting the cost of making a vacuum form mold, (outer cavity, some detail will be on outer wall). We also would like the cost to Form and Trim 600 pieces to create 100 display units, (cost should include all materials). Delivery schedule from receipt of patterns from Product Dynamics Ltd.
