Some other services provided for foreign companies. 1. We have 12 import companies that count with a total of 30 import sector registers (“Padrón Sectorial de Importadores”), and which have been properly verified by authorities as trusted importers. There is a list of goods that require this sort of registers, as you may review on the attached list. Therefore, one of our companies does the import process. Then the goods are sold by our import company to another enterprise. We deliver the goods to the final customer along with our invoice which is based on Mexican currency and goods are sold in Mexican Territory after the import process is completed. These companies either sell the import services or can also be purchased by foreign or domestic customers. 2. We can also incorporate a new company for foreign enterprises, in very short time. We get company name authorization, notary paperwork, company logo, stationery, business address and RFC number, all in 3 to 4 working days, and the company is already official. Registries will be ready within 30 days. Besides, we offer the General Import Register within 2 to 3 weeks, as well as up to 3 Sector Import Registers, within 3 to 4 weeks. 3. On the other hand we offer virtual or regular offices. Secretary services, answering services, management and human resource services are optional. 4. Our firm can locate customers, set up showrooms, do presentations and we take care of all relevant aspects of sales, and negotiation of terms and conditions. Contracts, invoicing and collection of payments are also among our services. 5. We promote foreign companies and products at International Trade Fairs and Exhibitions either in Mexico or in Central and South America Countries. 6. If required we also arrange, assembling line in Mexico, packaging, and labelling of imported products. 7.
