Inquiry (采购产品): masking material for dodge taillight housings hello, my name is tom,i am a vice president at woodspecs inc in waterford mi.woodspecs is a custom painter that paints mainly for the big three.we spray mostly small parts and we currently do alot of service work. the reason i have contacted your company is we are currently painting a job for chrysler and it is a dodge taillight housing.in production the housing was painted then it was assembled. in service the housings are molded and assembled,then they are shipped in to us and we have to hand mask the red lense portion of the housings then paint the housing,bake the housing @180* thyen strip of the masking material.we are currently using 1" and 2" masking tape to mask off the red lense portion. the problem is that is takes alot of time to mask the red lense portion of the housing prior to paint and it takes alot of time to unmask the housing after paint. my question to you is can you company die cut us some type of material that will fit the part and speed up our process of masking these housings ? i can drop off one right hand housing and one l left hand housing and explain what i am looking for. if this sounds like somthing your company can do,i will gladly drop off some examples and explain what we are looking for. thanks thomas d. schwerin **** Hidden Message ***** THOMAS SCHWERIN 2240 SCOTT LAKE ROAD WATERFORD, MI 48328 USA Company: WOODSPECS INC.
