Inquiry (采购产品): Need technical support Dear Sir, I have purchased Buck 500 IR Model (Model 500 spectrophotometer) through Lab systems (Mumbai) in 2005.That Instrument have been installed in last december,05 (incomplete installation). I am using Window XP system and purchased Knowitall library too through lab systems.Now I am able to run the sample but not able to open spectrum in library for further analysis. I have spoken to lab systems people and they are not in position to provide technical support. Do the needful so that I can access your equipment.
