This device (patent pending) needs to be machined according to the following process: The empty brass casing needs to be counterbored to the dimensions specified in the attached CAD drawing. Next, a hole needs to be drilled horizontally through the diameter near the opening. Then, the primer hole at the base needs to be drilled again to the specified diameter. The rail plane needs to be cut at the 30 degree angle indicated. Lastly, each rail side needs to be undercut, again as per specifications. The included photographs indicate the base casing that is to be machined to the CAD specifications. The sequence of the steps outlined above are to be determined by the contractor.
