To dialysis patients we need to give tubing sets for doing treatment at home with fluid and drainage bags. For such a large requirement now we need fully automatic / semi automatic assembling machines for CAPD Tubing sets. Kindly find the require information bellow; Assembling Procedure: For components list with quantity per assembly set pls find the enclosed spreadsheet for your reference along with the drawing of complete assembly. 1) Assembling of male and Female connector 2) Assembling of male & female with Y-site 3) Assembling of Male,female & Y-site with one PVC tubings (Tubing Length: 850 mm) 4) Assembling of male, female, y-site with Break off valve. (Tubing length : 45 mm) 4.1) Assembling of Break Off Valve with PVC tubing. (Tubing Length : 850 mm) 5) Insert Tube Clamp in both the long PVC tubes 6) Assembling of Spike and Spike cover at both the ends of PVC tubes. After making this assembly, assembly should be packed in pouch and ready for sterilization. Requirement: We require 100,000 assemblies / month.
