Inquiry (采购产品): Claim for broken lid I received my latest order, Invoice No. 38282 (however the packing slip says Invoice No. 38277), yesterday. I have unpacked and inspected each item and one of them has a cracked lid. It is Item No. C-800. Please advise if you can ship a new lid or if this item must be returned and replaced. This is the second order I have placed with your company where there was breakage in the lids. I did not discover the breakage on my first order (three lids) until I pulled the items from the sleeve around a month later, so I did not report it because your limitation on claims is five days after receipt of shipment. May I suggest that single compartment items should be packed differently to prevent breakage during shipping. This item was near the bottom of the box and laid flat. Perhaps packing it on end would have prevented this damage because there would be no weight on the lid.
