Inquiry (采购产品): Air Flow I am looking for a solution to my problem. I keep trade secret and confidential information in a secure area. It means the door is shut most of the time and it is also my work space/office and I do not want to make a hole in the door for a grill to allow air to flow more freely. I was thinking. Perhaps I could mount a fan panel over the vent that will produce increased pressure in the room much as it is done in clean room applications. The air will flow under the door. The air conditioning/heating system does this already, but needs a little help. I need an inexpensive solution, but also one that is reasonably quiet. It is likely that I will need to be able to finely adjust to speed of the fans so that I can get the rate of air flow just right; otherwise, it would get too hot or too cold. I do not anticipate that much will be needed. It would operate continuously so there is no need for it to be as nearly as powerful as the air conditioner and I know that a mere clip on fan would not do it. A clip on fan would just move the air around without producing any real net movement of air. So I suppose what I am seeking is a blower (fan v blower), maybe, but what on earth is the difference? Perhaps it has to do with perceived direction, intake verses outtake. I don't know what a CFM is, exactly, either so. Do you have an application engineer who could provide some suggestions? **** Hidden Message ***** John Earle 85250 Company: New Atlantis Research and Development E-mail: johndearle@cox.net **** Hidden Message ***** johndearle@cox.net
