Inquiry (采购产品): RE: my order To the owner of the company, I understand that the holiday season brings delays in production, but being told that after New Year my order will be ready, and waiting for 2 weeks now, I am quite disappointed with the information I was given by your company.It seems rather impossible that you cannot give me an approximate date of delivery of my order. I think that companies that take care of customers try to please them no matter how big or small their order is. The same is true for the manufacturer of my order that you are dealing with. They should be able to tell you the date my order will be made or the date when it will be delivered to your place. All furniture stores and Home-Depots, and Staples know such dates, why is it that you keep me waiting for ever not telling me when I can pick it up ? It is winter, I do take care of my customer, that is my tenant, and I, in turn, want to be able to tell him when his door glass is coming. It is not much to ask for. Also, I cannot wait forever, I may have to look elsewhere, if you keep leading me on from week to week with no results. I am supposed to call you tomorrow again and I would like to receive more specific information regards the date of picking up my order.
