Inquiry (采购产品): Tow Winch Repair Hello, We have a Holmes PTO mechanical winch that refuses to go up and down now; we think it might be a linkage problem. We cannot find any tow truck repair shops that work on mechanical systems, and since we figured a winch is like a mini-crane, we wondered if you do work like this? Or know someone who does?
