Inquiry (采购产品): tent for electronic devices We are looking for a tent maker preferable with experience also in other items as bags, because we made the experience that plain tent makers are not always as good in small items workmanship as we require.But this is not a precondition. At the same time we are sourcing a better new fabric, since the fabric style and quality is of such major importance to our product. We are negotiating with several fabric factories, so this is something you do not have to think about. We will provide all the needed materials and accessories so you as the tent maker will have to deal with those main issues:1 Make paper patterns, preferable with an electronic software as e.g. lectra. 2 Check the Quality of the received Materials.3 Cut the fabric in the proper accurate way (e.g. Diagonal thread line).4 Cut the wires in the right length (perhaps provide the wires, this is something we have to talk about).5 Print the fabric pieces.6 sew the parts to a tent. Very important is to always exactly meet the clip points. Piping / binding with bias band. Stitch for waterproof, etc.7 Place the wires in the sleeves and close the sleeves properly.8 Quality control over the complete process.9 Constantly try to improve the product and the production process.Since we also have OEM customers, we will need flexibility concerning the minimum production lots.
