Does your company currently export to the United States. Does your company have a current FDA registration number?Here are some details so that your company has a better understanding of our requirements.Any company exporting Niger Seed into the United States needs to have a registration number from our countries Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Without this registration number we cannot import the product from your company. There are no fees associated with filing for this registration only the time invested to complete the application. Once the seed is received here in the United States it must be sterilized at an approved USDA facility (United States Department of Agriculture). After the seed has been processed we will repackage the product to our specifications, so we will not require any special packaging from your company other than the traditional poly shipping bags used to transport product on the container.
