As you know, it is really difficult for Brazil client to open LC or they have to pay high percentage interest to banker for LC issuing, so Maslino take care payment and issue sight LC to all China factories directly for production & shipment.For LC issuing & inspection, we need our factories offer prices to share 3% of order value for LC issuing & inspection charge. It means, when you offer and finalize price FOB US$3.50/meter and our client order 3,000meters raw materials.
