Inquiry (采购产品): Stainless Steel Copper Brazing from China We are looking for a supplier that can copper braze an automotive component produced from 316 stainless steel on a continuous Hydrogen/Nitrogen brazing furnace. The part weights 233.65 grams.Please find attached our print that requires copper brazing. You must have a capability to braze 316 stainless steel. We will supply the part to you fully assembled, you must apply the copper and then braze. Please refer to note 1 on the print as we need to visually see a copper fillet on all brazed joints. If you have the capability to nitrogen leak test the part after brazing to assure a leak sealed joint please quote this as well. (This leak test is accomplished by building a simple coupling to seal off the part and then pumping nitrogen through the coupling into the part while it is being submerged under water. If no bubbles appear then you know you have a part that is leak tight. We need you to perform this test on a minimum of three parts per lot, these parts are to be sent to us with your shipment in a separate package.)The annual volume is 100-200,000 pieces, please quote in release quantities of 5,000, 10,000 and 15,000 parts. Please quote any tooling cost separately.
