Low carbon galvanized square welded wire mesh Size of opening:12.50 mm * 12.50 mm; Wire diameter:0.50 mm; Width of roll:1275 mm. Weight of 1 sq. M.:0.240 kg. Weft and shute wires are straight. Required quantity:520 000 sq. M. Year. End application: For producing armored glass. The wire mesh will be used at the highnest temperature 500 centigrade degree. Zinc coating haven't melted. Quality specifications: 1. Allowable wire diameter tolerance: -0.02 mm. 2. Allowable tolerance of size of opening: + 0.50 mm. 3. Allowable tolerance of width of roll: + 10 mm. Wire surface must be bright, without chaps, exfoliation, rolling marks and rust. The welded places must be fixedly weld. 4. The wire mesh should not have detached wires. 5. Weld should have tensile strenght no more than 49 N (5 kgF). 6.
