Inquiry (采购产品): high precision capillaries We require high precision bore glass capillaries. Glass capillaries are used by us for manufacturing of FRP rods to give it desired thickness and round shape. The specifications of the capillaries required by us are as follows We need capillaries with clear round bore of 1.0 mm on regular basis. The length of the capillary has to be between 1400 and 1500mm Details for inner diameter and cross section : The inner cross section has to be clear round (circular) with constant inner diameter across entire length. The maximum tolerance for variation in the inner diameter of any given capillary is + - 0.03 mm. The inner surface of the capillary has to be of extremely smooth finish (or coated with some material) such that viscous fluid gets solidified inside the heated tube without getting stuck inside tube. The material of capillary should be capable of tolerating constant temperature of about 200-220° Celsius without losing its hardness/ strength and diameter specifications.
