Inquiry (采购产品): service question Dear Sir: I am going into manufacturing a golf putter. I want to inquire if you could help me with part of the process. The putter head is tubular in shape. Specs call for the under side of the head to be bent upward (from the ground) 0.16" at both ends. I plan to CNC tubular raw metal, possibly silicon bronze, into the desired dimensions and other design features. One, can you shape the tube as described and polish it to a showroom quality finish? And if you can polish it, what process will you use? The heads will be approximately 4.65" in length each and 1 1/4" in O.D. with a wall width of 1/8th". I will also be looking for a supplier of bronze and other metals for tubular raw product in small quantities for prototypes, initially, if you can assist w/ that as well.
