Inquiry (采购产品): Anviloy1150 Dear Sir, We are in search of suitable material, substitute to HDS (H13) required to use in Low Pressure & High Pressure Die casting dies to get advantage of higher thermal conductivity. We want to take a trial in Low Pressure die casting for following Insert .This insert forms shape of combustion chamber in LPDC die for Cylinder Head. The Insert Size is Diameter 60mm x 55 mm Length. Following are our queries regarding Anviloy material. 1) The fitting dimension of insert is Dia 56 +0 / -0.05 & corresponding Hole size in die block of H-13 material is Dia 56 +0.07 / +0.03. What are the dimns required on Anviloy insert to compensate the difference in Thermal Expansion. 2) This insert is used near the Gate region & having Temp. upto 380 degree Celsius. Is there any Air / water cooling required for Anviloy insert ? 3) Is Anviloy suitable for Low Pressure casting dies ? 4) Is the given hardness (34 HRC) constant throughout the material ? 5) Any special Tooling required for machining ? 6) Is it suitable for EDM ? If yes, with Graphite or Copper Electrode ? Is there any Tendency of Carbon catching with Graphite electrode ? 7) What is the Delivery Time of material ? 8) What is the Price ? 9) All LPDC die elements are coated with release coat.
