Panipol is a manufacturer of Polyaniline ICPs and we have several types of ICPs availalble - pls check www.panipol.com and below. AS a summary this is what we have on the coating and inks area ( besides polyaniline emeraldine base and salt and melt processable systems) On the coating side we have both formulated and non formulated (no binders added) products . The base systems with no binders are ( Non-formulated) 1.Pani T- polyaniline in toluene 2. Pani X- polyaniline in xylene 3. Pani M- polyaniline in NMP 4. Pani S - polyaniline in Solvesso 5. Pani W polyaniline in water Starting from above we have then formulated inks and coating systems by our selves or by our Italian ink manufacturer partner as follows 1. PanStat W- water based flexo ink. Also available for roller coating and Mayer Bar coating 2. Solvent based Gravure ink, solvent based flexo ink, solvent based screen printing ink ( ink jettable coming) from our Italian partner Kiian - former Lechler. 3. Pani/PVDF solvent based formula These materials have been used as inks for printed electronics BUT they can be used also in order to make transparent and permanent conductive coatings on plastics films or paper board for ESD and antistatic purposes. You might believe that ICPs are expensive, but as of today this is not true anymore.
