Currently it is being flared, but my clent wants to have a caustic treater to meet regulatory compliance prior to flaring. My initial task is to evaluate vendors and their technology offerings, and experience. Once a vendor is qualified the detailed stream will be identified. Its source is crude desalter wastewater.
