Inquiry (采购产品): Query Barra Gwynn Enterprises has been providing management and technical consulting services for 12 years. In general, these services were provided to start-up and transitional businesses with a few mid-growth enterprises as well. We are forming a new service for start-up, changing and growing small businesses by the provisioning of professional level IT services on a “lease” basis. Thus providing the knowledge and skills of highly experienced IT executives as a variable cost while leasing the proper and necessary equipment and software at rates below what the customer would have to pay to purchase. This would be a comprehensive service including: IT planning and consulting; hardware and software procurement and installation; hardware and software maintenance and support; Network engineering including LAN, WAN, Internet, internet presence and content, communications systems, facility and cabling accommodations as necessary, and planning and execution of custom integrated developments. One integral portion of this service is the training services which we are seeking a business relationship with a competent, quality and customer satisfaction driven provider of these services. In general, BGE would provide the training service provider the: customer, defined requirements, specifications, time table, integration and acceptance of the services, as well as the customer liaison and feedback. To best select this service provider, and waste as little time of both parties we have established a 3 step Supplier development process: 1. business requirements submittal and review; 2. business relationship interviews and evaluation; and 3. formulation of the business deal. In order to initiate this process we ask that you answer the following 10 questions and return them to us by month end. We will respond to every submittal and inform you of our interest and, if you should desire, our objective reasoning. QUESTIONS: 1. Do you provide training consultations? 2. Do you provide training support systems? (i.e. help desk, FAQ, carrels) 3. Do you provide manuals? 4. What is your quality assurance process? 5. What is your customer satisfaction process? 6.
