Inquiry (采购产品): M500 have problem Dear Sir; We are department of pharmaceutical pharmacy,Baghdad-pharmacy college. We received M500 scanning infra-red spectrophotometer through contract (Unesco, ADM/PRO/571/IRQ/1006/6357184). We also received the following softwares: 1-Thermo CD containing GRAMS/AI programes. 2-Thermo License information Floppy Disk. 3-M500 Macros Floppy Disk. After installation of no.1 with no.2, the computer did not show COLLECT box in the panel of GRAMS/AI programme, in other words computer didnot recognize M500 even it was working for more than one hour and the computer did not collect any data of sample or reference. In page 15 of your catalogue (Installation and instruction manual...), we read that we have to load the "My Instrument" sotware for the M500 (after loading GRAMS/AI CD) which is important to check M500 data, but we did not find any CD known "My Instrument" in the package of the instrument. Please can you help us to operate the M500.
