We have been told that the installations have not been running satisfactorily for reasons which they have not been able to identify yet. Would you be able to provide some information on how we should go about to identify the problem(s) associated with your installation? Or perhaps there are some modifications or improvements to the existing units that you may suggest we do to have a better and more successful installation?
