We are now doing enough business to look at our packaging more seriously, both in terms of cost and protection of the product. We ship many different sizes - TILE SIZES IN INCHES: 4X4, 4X6, 6X6, 8X8, 6X12, 10X10, 9x12, 12X12, 9x18, 12X18, 18X18, 18X24, 24X24, 2x14 picket strip they do not all need separate boxes. The edges, especially the corners can be damaged if hit. We make the following sizes, the highlighted ones are most popular. The tiles are 1/8" thick and weigh about 3/4 pound per sq/ft. We try to keep the boxes light enough so can be handled by one person and not so heavy that they "drop it" instead of putting it down. Maybe 35-40 lbs max.
