SBE have very small PARTICLE SIZE: U.S. Standard Sieve: Through 100 Mesh (Less than 150 Microns) wt.% 100% Through 325 Mesh (Less than 45 Microns) wt.% 74 - 80% it will not give greater difficulties for pumping and others. 2) Gums (after vegetable oil neutralization by acid water, acid gums/soap stock) combustion with capacity of 40 tons gums/soap stock per day. As a result of gums/soap stock treatment we would like to receive 14 kg/cm2/193o C saturated steam too. The general gums after neutralization/soap stock characteristic as fuel: density about 0,95 – 1.05 kg/m3, heat of combustion 4 420 kcal/kg (or 18, 5 MJ/kg), composition: vegetable oil 20 – 45 %, phosphatides (lecithin) 7 – 24 %, other - water, ash after combustion max 3,9 %, spent bleaching earth – low content.
