Inquiry (采购产品): RFQ I am getting ready to start a project in the near future that requires some mandrel-bent 2"x4" 11GA mild tubing. I have never dealt with bending tubing before, so please bear with me if I make some odd requests. I need 2 rails with a 90deg bend in it about 36 inches apart, like a "U" shape, the 4" section would be what is bent. I currently don't have exact dimensions, I haven't laid it into CAD yet, as I haven't found somebody capable of doing the bending. I also need 4 90deg bends with about 3" of straight on each end. Additionally, I will need 2 pieces roughly 30" long with 2 45deg bends (in each) throught the 2" section. The project outlined would be a one time deal. Is something that you have capabilities for? What size radii can you bend? If yu do this type of work, then please provide me a rough estimate. If not, then do you know of anyone that would?
