The registration/incorporation number is RC.280, 341 as registered by the corporate affairs commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria at Abuja-Nigeria. The company has four (4) persons Executive Board of Directors with Mr. Udensi D. Ojukwu as the Executive Director (Europe Branch), Mr. Steve C. Ojukwu (Director Middle East Region) and Chief John Ojukwu as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer. Fondstar as a general trading organization is engaged in predominantly in the importation and exportation of general goods, both new and fairly used products. We are in a very good position to market any product in Nigeria whether new or fairly used on general goods using our facilities and great market potentials available in Nigeria. We also work with multinational companies as sales supply contractor on general goods. Fondstar is also engaged in business consultancy services for medium local companies in Nigeria and for foreign companies wishing to buy Nigeria/African made goods and other related services. We also act as commission agents to foreign firms wishing to do business and invest in Nigeria as foreign investors. Presently, Fondstar imports and distributes new and used computers, hard wares, used European and Japanese cars, computer accessories, general computer equipments and general merchandise. Our main suppliers are Malab Inc of California in USA and Million Legend Technology Ltd of Hong Kong. Fondstar as a strong growing import company believes in truth, honesty and service to humanity, justices and fair play in all her business dealing. We are well recognized for our growing financial position among reputable banks in Nigeria particularly our company bank, Chartered Bank (Nig) Plc and we have the capability to protect the interest of any foreign investor to Nigeria as well as being in good position to market well any product in Nigeria within the scope of our business and within the West Africa sub-region.
